No upfront costs ( Advertising fee based on closed business )
This is based on your ability to close the customers that we bring you. We need you to close at least 1 in every 10 customers we send you.We are looking for 10% return on the sale made. You may add a fee to the sale to cover the advertising cost or a portion of this cost. Basically this means you only pay us an advertising fee when you close a sale; which is also tax deductible.
Step #1 Setup ( Exclusive Markets Exclusive Leads )
We customize our websites that already rank in your target area or will start to rank for targeted terms on google. These websites will entice customers to contact you based on strategies that you already are using in the market. We are going to expand your reach to local customers using search engines.
Step #2 New Exclusive Customers
We educate the customer on your business so when the customer engages they are engaged with you. We report to you on all calls and webforms in real time that come through the system via email. Your existing process takes over from there.
Step # 3 Advertising Expense
You update the customer details through the lead notification that you receive and when the customer closes and for how much. We send you a quickbooks invoice for 10% of the sale value as an advertising expense. This invoice will accept credit cards, paypal, venmo or ACH (Check) payments.
If you are not able to close the minimum 10% of the customers that we send you then we will provide you with a notice that we will be discontinuing the service. The contacts that you have made will remain yours but new customers will stop being sent to you and your details will be removed from the websites.
What is required from you?
We need a primary contact (decision maker) Name, Phone, Email
We need a New Customer contact (Sales) Name, Phone, Email (can be the same person)
We need an email that provided these details:
Registered business name.
Photo of current business Insurance policy.
Local license number if required to publish on advertising ( like in Arizona )
This is an at will agreement meaning you may cancel at any time and we also may cancel at any time.
